I paid but my booking is not confirmed. What do I do?
If your payment went through but the booking still shows as pending, please wait up to 30 minutes for the payment to be verified. If it is still unconfirmed, WhatsApp us with your Purchase Code and we will resolve it manually.
I didn't receive the OTP on WhatsApp.
Check that the mobile number you entered is the one linked to your WhatsApp account. If it doesn't arrive within 2 minutes, tap "Resend OTP" on the login screen. Still not received? WhatsApp us directly.
I want to cancel my booking or transfer my slot.
Slot cancellations and transfers are subject to the campaign's refund policy. WhatsApp us with your booking details and we will guide you through the process. See our Refund Policy for detailed conditions.
What documents do I need to carry on the tour?
Most domestic tours require a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID) and your booking confirmation. We will WhatsApp the document list to all confirmed travellers 3–5 days before departure.
How do I check my pickup point and departure time?
Pickup details are shared over WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed. You can also check under My Bookings in your account. For any changes, contact us at least 24 hours before departure.
I won a reward in a campaign draw. How do I claim it?
After results are published you will receive a WhatsApp notification with claim instructions. Log in and follow the claim link, or contact us if you haven't received it within 24 hours of results being published.
