2. Campaign availability and slot limits
Campaigns are published with a fixed number of slots. Availability is shown in real time and may change as other users book simultaneously. A slot is only reserved when your booking is confirmed — not while you are on the payment page.
Each campaign may set its own per-user slot limit. You cannot exceed this limit across multiple bookings for the same campaign. Attempts to circumvent per-user limits using multiple accounts may result in cancellation of all associated bookings without refund.
3. Booking confirmation
Online payment campaigns: Your slot is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and verified by our payment gateway. A payment attempt that fails, times out, or is not verified does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Approval-based campaigns: Submitting a request does not guarantee a slot. Confirmation is subject to review by the Vihar Tours team. You will receive a WhatsApp notification once confirmed or if the request is declined.
A booking confirmation message on WhatsApp along with an entry code is the official record of your confirmed slot.
4. Payment terms
All slot prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through our designated online payment gateway.
The payment session is active for up to 30 minutes after you reach the checkout page. If the session expires, you must restart the booking from the campaign page. Vihar Tours is not liable for slot unavailability caused by session expiry.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking through our payment gateway partners. We do not accept cash payments or direct bank transfers for online campaigns.
5. Tour participation and conduct
All confirmed travellers are expected to carry a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of travel. Failure to carry valid identification may result in denied boarding without refund.
Vihar Tours reserves the right to refuse travel to any participant who is found to be intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to other travellers or staff.
Travellers must adhere to the schedule, meeting point, and guidelines communicated before departure. Vihar Tours is not responsible for expenses incurred due to missing the departure time.
6. Campaign changes and cancellations by Vihar Tours
Vihar Tours reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a campaign due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, road closures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of cancellation by Vihar Tours, all confirmed travellers will receive a full refund of the amount paid or an equivalent credit to their account wallet, at Vihar Tours' discretion.
Route or itinerary adjustments due to operational reasons do not entitle travellers to a refund unless the change is material and the traveller notifies us in writing within 24 hours of being informed.
7. Reward campaigns and draws
Certain campaigns include a lucky draw for rewards such as complimentary upgrades, future tour credits, or merchandise. Participation in the draw is automatic for all confirmed bookings.
The draw process is randomised and conducted on the date stated in the campaign. Results are published on the Results page. Winners are notified on WhatsApp and must claim rewards within the period specified on the results page.
Unclaimed rewards expire after the validity period and cannot be reinstated. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
8. Wallet and credits
Wallet credits earned through campaigns can be used to offset future slot prices on this platform. Wallet balance has no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
Wallet credits may have an expiry period as communicated at the time of earning. Expired credits are forfeited without compensation.
9. Limitation of liability
Vihar Tours is not liable for loss of personal belongings, medical expenses, accidents, delays caused by third-party transport providers, natural disasters, or any event beyond our reasonable control during a tour.
We strongly recommend that all travellers carry personal travel insurance for domestic and interstate trips. Vihar Tours does not provide travel insurance as part of any campaign package unless explicitly stated.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings made on vihartours.co.in are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Before escalating to legal recourse, we encourage all travellers to contact our support team on WhatsApp or email. Most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication.
