Find your tour

Open the Campaigns page and browse available tours. Each campaign card shows the destination, slot price, slots remaining, and the draw date if a reward is involved. Tap any campaign to read the full details — itinerary highlights, terms, and what is included.

Log in with your mobile

Tap Book Now or Participate on the campaign page. You will be asked to enter your mobile number. An OTP is sent to your WhatsApp number. Enter it to verify — the whole login takes under 30 seconds. No separate registration is needed.

Choose your slots

Select the number of seats you want to book (subject to the per-user limit set by the campaign). The slot price and total amount are shown clearly before you confirm. You can also see if any wallet balance is available to offset the payment.

Complete payment or submit request

For online payment campaigns, you are taken to a secure checkout page. Pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. Payment is verified instantly and your slot is confirmed. For approval-based campaigns, your request goes to our team for review — you receive a WhatsApp notification once it is confirmed.

Book a slot in a reward campaign and your entry code is automatically entered into a lucky draw. Winners receive complimentary upgrades, credits, or prizes. Results are published publicly.

Common questions

Can I book slots for other family members?
Yes. You can choose multiple slots in one booking (subject to the per-campaign limit). Each slot represents one traveller seat. If you need more than the per-user limit, contact us on WhatsApp and we will assist.
What happens if the campaign closes before I complete payment?
Once all slots are filled, the campaign is closed for new bookings. If your payment was not completed in time, your slot hold is released. We recommend completing payment promptly once you start the booking flow — the session is valid for 30 minutes.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Online payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway (Razorpay / PhonePe / Cashfree depending on your operator). Your card and banking details are never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel or change my booking after confirmation?
Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Slot transfers to another person are not guaranteed and must be requested via WhatsApp at least 7 days before departure.
How do draw results work?
For reward campaigns, a randomised draw is run after the campaign closes. Every confirmed entry code has an equal chance. Results are published on our Results page and winners are notified on WhatsApp with claim instructions.
